The Heat: Containing COVID-19

The Heat

Coronavirus continues to spread around the world with the number of cases now surpassing 100,000.

In the U.S., at least 250 people have contracted the virus with cases being reported from New York to California. And the death toll is growing.

On Friday, President Trump signed an US$ 8.3 billion emergency spending bill to help fight the virus. He also addressed the scale of the outbreak.

Meanwhile, thousands of people are still stranded on board a cruise ship off the California coast awaiting coronavirus test results.
