Chances are you’ve already grabbed your smart phone several times to tweet, post or like something on social media. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Google are just a few of the platforms competing for your time and attention. A Netflix documentary called “The Social Dilemma” exposes a darker side, by showing how much social media can control and consume our lives.
