Nearly 3,000 delegates gathered in Beijing’s Great Hall of the People for the conclusion of the 3rd session of the 14th National People’s Congress. 

Collectively known as Two Sessions, each spring China’s top legislature NPC meets alongside the country’s political advisory body the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.
