Russian President Vladimir Putin has reportedly laid out conditions for ending the conflict in Ukraine, among them is a demand for a written pledge from Western leaders to stop enlarging NATO eastwards.
Meanwhile, Germany’s Chancellor, Friedrich Merz, told Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelensky that Berlin will help Kyiv produce long-range missiles capable of striking targets deep inside Russia.
