The U.S. economy added 850,000 new jobs in June, marking the biggest gain in the last ten months and signaling the U.S. economy is rapidly recovering.
U.S. President Biden credited his American Rescue Plan, and the administration’s efforts to get Americans vaccinated. Overseas, the remaining American forces have left Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan and the U.S.’s largest military installation is now closed. President Biden has pledged to remove all U.S. combat forces by September.
